Buying a used tiny home

If you’re going to buy a used tiny home, be prepared for these costs!

• Lot prep (Moving to a lot that isn’t prepared?)

• Wheel instalment (Were the wheels taken off the trailer?)

• Towing (Cost of moving the vehicle)

• Day permit (Needed to move the vehicle)

• Skirting (Covering the floor to the ground to prevent rodents and get insurance)

• Insurance

• Vehicle Taxes (A whopping 12% if the home is insured as a vehicle)

• Vehicle Loan (Not the same as a home loan, again if insured as a vehicle)
